Hydraulic oil is press brake bending system's lifeblood. Keeping the oil clean and make regular replacements are very important for one hydraulic press brake, ensure your press brake pistons are in the upper position.Check the oil level in the bending tank as you would check the oil level for your car. This is a simple visual check that can easily be performed daily. An insufficient oil level will cause serious issues for your pump and it would damage your full hydraulic system.

Dirt small parts or dust may enter the hydraulic block because of insufficient sealing. You ned to ensure the tank cover seals and fliter are in good condition.

The following lists should be performed during the 2,000-hour maintenance :
Clean the tank and the suction filters thoroughly before filling. There are usually two filters to clean: the screener filter located on the pump inlet and a high-pressure filter at the pump outlet.
Clean or replace oil filters. Filters that have been exposed to a dirty environment should not be used.
Check the air filter on the oil tank cover.
The oil used in a hydraulic circuit equipped with servo valves must have a cleanliness of 5 microns.
Check the pump and pressure relief valves for maximum pressure.
Also you must be check the condition of hydraulic connections, including lines and hoses, should be checked once a year, as these items may be damaged because of friction.
