This Yawei 400T4m CNC brake press is fully synchro electro servo hydraulic model design, standard with Y1&Y2 two cylinders, which mounted on side frames, while 2 units linear scales mounted on 2 C frame plate, the position and accuracy won’t affected even main frames deflected after long time metal bending processions.

Standard 6 axis cnc pressbrakes controller we adopted is DELEM DA66T Touch screen with 2D offline software, which means operator can make bending program on computer, then uploaded it to CNC press brake controller, it’s very convenient&high efficiency for bending machines operator&metal profiles designer, when you have special bending work pieces, you may try to bending&shape it with current tools, you can make make the simulation on software, then everyone can know the bending sequence as DA66T controller will make it automatically, not like NC torsion bar convenient pressbrakes required operator to calculate them.

General features of China Yawei 6 axis CNC Press brakes 4m

6 axis controlled and CNC Hydraulic Anti Deflection Table(Crowing table), we called 6+1 axis cnc brakes press configurations, 2D offline soft ware:

Y1&Y2: left&right cylinders

X axis: CNC auto press brake back gauge can move forward&backward

R axis: CNC auto press brake back gauge can move upward&downward

Z1&Z2 axis: CNC finger stops can move from left to right, both finger stops can move individually with different directions

Crowning table: Main Anti-deflection table have 3 plates on lower beam.

When you bending metal plate over 2.5m(8ft), it’s better to use crowning system controlled by CNC Pressbrake controller, due to machine frames material have deflection factors, the upper beam&lower beam will be deflected with concave shape, if no crowning system, forsure the bending performance is not good, especially when operator is bending stainless steel for producing higher precision profiles, standard CNC hydraulic table have 3 units compensation cylinders mounted on lower beam, when operator enter the bending specifications in controller, the DA66T will calculated automatically and determine the crowning values, then give the compensation valves for oil pressure flow, the compensation cylinder will jack up the middle lower beam.

Cylinders, very important parts for pressbrake, it moves up&down followed with upper beam, Yawei standard cylinders is processed as precision from solid material and made honed, the pistons proceed with forged steel, hardened.

Calibrated: Each time full machine’s all axis will automatically go to reference.

Automatically bending force is adjusted when enter different bending plate thickness and length.
